I read the other reviews and I feel like Im in the twilight zone or something. My experience has been FABULOUS from *** unlike some complaints. My first full Utility bill was $89 (Thats **** in ** ??) The landscapers have been on site every week since we moved in. (1.5 months now) *********** have been nothing but delightful with every issue Ive had to date. All my neighbors are friendly & polite. Now I have had some issues with the **** sub contractor and the landscaping contractor cutting each others lines (poor communication) on 3 separate occasions prior to getting it right. Other than that we are VERY HAPPY with our decision to sell our home and downsize into a town home.We are Super Happy with our decision to join this town home community .

My mom was looking to downsize from her 3500sqft home and move closer to myself and my other siblings. We previously had visited an active living community in Mansfield, but my Mom hesitated committing to that place. Almost 6 months later, my sister and Mom visited the new Grenadier Homes development in Mira Lagos. The agent, Sara, was extremely helpful and talked about all the amenities and social activities, and active lifestyle offerings that Grenadier provide and my Mom was hooked. She floorplans were exactly what she needed, the proximity to my siblings and myself, and the timeline worked. Two days later, my Mom put down earnest money on a 3-bedroom floorplan that was going to be an inventory home, with an estimated close date in May 2021. The timeline slipped a little, understandable due to COVID, but communication was good, and Jaime answered all questions regarding the home construction. My mom moved into her home in July 2021, and has enjoyed the experience, and community thus far.
I moved into my new home in April. Saralyn and Jamie made the process so easy. Theresa on warranty team has been so helpful and always there to assist with any warranty question. A wonderful community to belong if your 55 or older.
Sales office was friendly and staff made themselves easily available at multiple times. Great to work with. Very easy to contact.

Exciting, company filled with fun people in a fast growing industry. The top management was willing to listen to recommendations. There were sometimes issues with defining roles.
We had a great experience with Jessica Herring at their Veridian location. We love the quality, design, energy efficiency, and cost of these townhomes. We are considering buying a few as investment properties. Look for growth that will surround their communities!
Overall a great company
Your experience working for this company will greatly depend on which housing development you work at. Although the product is the same across developments, management is vastly different.

Typical day in the design center is getting to meet with multipule new home buyers who are excited and eager to starting the selection processes for their new custom home.
